We have tried to help you with this since 6th of September.
If that still does not make a Sims 4 folder inside your My documents folder (after reinstalling and updating via origin) then you need to contact Origin directly. If you don't have the Sims 4 folder inside your Electronic Arts folder inside your My Documents folder then you will need to uninstall and reinstall.
